At a minimum such license shall safeguard Intel's ownership rights to the Software. My hardware setup works out of the box under Ubuntu 7.
You may not export the Raidd in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component products. The Cent Install CD does not have a driver that it needs and prompts lch9r insert a floppy with a diver for the device on which the install packages are located.

The Software may include portions offered on terms in addition to those set out here, as set out in a license accompanying those portions. I learned very early on that the only stupid question is the one you don't ask! I do wish I could have done a clean install, and still may, but I couldn't get that PRO disk to autorun without an existing OS in place, and I didn't want to risk doing a clean install after it re-formatted and erased the existing Home version.
